About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate order fulfillment from receipt to customer delivery, ensuring seamless execution and timely resolution of customer inquiries.
  • Represent customer interests and needs throughout the organization, fostering strong relationships and driving customer satisfaction.
  • Manage return authorizations, coordinate sales and marketing programs, and administer pricing and distribution policies.
  • Monitor inventory levels and customer order demand, providing timely notifications and updates to customers.
  • Investigate and resolve customer claims and complaints, maintaining accurate documentation and trails.
  • Manage customer deductions, maintain documentation for finance, and create and update customer address book records.
  • Support sales efforts through account management, customer visits, and accounts receivable.
  • Provide sales support, including customer correspondence, open order reporting, inventory reporting, and customer call backs.
  • Coordinate monthly performance measurements for key accounts and participate in developing customer and department-specific process improvements.
  • Utilize troubleshooting and time management skills to exceed customer expectations and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Minimum three years of complex customer service experience required.
  • Superior experience with SAP or ERP systems and Microsoft Office preferred.
  • Excellent decision-making and priority setting skills.
  • Superior organizational ability and flexibility.
  • Strong customer orientation and ability to participate in a team culture.
  • Experience with quality-based management programs and manufacturing background preferred.
