About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at TEKsystems. As a key member of our Customer Support team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via email and phone, resolving issues and answering questions in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist with ordering vehicles and managing customer inquiries, ensuring accurate and efficient resolution of customer issues.
  • Utilize internal issue tracking systems to follow through on customer inquiries and issues, ensuring seamless communication and resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services, ensuring accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of customer service experience in an office setting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Basic Excel skills, with the ability to learn and apply advanced skills as needed.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
