Position Summary
As an HCM Support Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients utilizing our Human Capital Management solutions. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing high-quality support for clients using our HCM platform.
  • Entering data from various sources into our cloud-based system.
  • Addressing and resolving client inquiries and payroll-related issues promptly and professionally.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for clients.
  • Maintaining a high level of client satisfaction through outstanding customer service.
  • Demonstrating the ability to manage quality and precision in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment with strict deadlines.
  • Investigating and resolving customer service or processing challenges as necessary.
  • Facilitating effective communication with management regarding any departmental, employee, or client concerns.
  • Providing training to clients as required.

Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:

  • A high school diploma is required.
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a related field.
  • Familiarity with payroll, benefits, or HR concepts is advantageous.
  • Ability to follow established guidelines and instructions to perform job functions.
  • Proficiency in commonly used software applications (e.g., Word, Excel, Adobe) and a quick adaptability to new software.
  • A collaborative team player is essential.
  • Experience in a Payroll Service Bureau or similar environment is preferred.
