Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at TEKsystems. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving customer inquiries and issues, and working closely with our internal teams to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Support: Provide timely and effective support to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Issue Resolution: Work with our internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service.
- Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, communicating effectively and clearly to ensure their needs are met.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance our customer support services.
- Experience: 2+ years of customer service experience in an office setting.
- Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in MS Office suite, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
