Marketing at Brex

The Marketing division at Brex is responsible for articulating our brand narrative, shaping our messaging and positioning, and translating our innovative products and features into clear benefits for our customers. Our marketing professionals, spanning Brand, Product Marketing Management, Content, and Performance, are tasked with acquiring new clients and possess a profound understanding of our business. We operate as a highly collaborative team, working closely with Product, Sales, Business Development, and Design teams to help our prospects and clients realize their full potential.

Your Role

As the Senior Growth Marketing Manager, your primary goal will be to formulate strategies, plan campaigns, execute initiatives, and measure the effectiveness of paid search advertising campaigns that drive revenue for Brex. You will concentrate on assessing and enhancing the paid search advertising campaigns and channel mix throughout the buyer's journey to optimize conversions for our sales funnel.

The ideal candidate will be adept at both crafting a comprehensive strategy and executing it by collaborating across teams to achieve optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and oversee the paid search campaign strategy to meet acquisition objectives and minimize customer acquisition costs.
  • Manage operations, optimization, and execution across all paid search advertising platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.) to achieve growth and ROI targets.
  • Conduct testing and optimization on a channel-by-channel basis to enhance search ad campaign performance.
  • Identify and implement innovative opportunities to ensure Brex maximizes the potential of paid search advertising channels.
  • Lead initiatives focused on performance-driven conversion rate optimization through advertisements and landing page experiences.
  • Collaborate with demand generation, sales development representatives, and sales teams on initiatives to enhance lead-to-opportunity conversion rates.
  • Develop strategies for testing, optimizing, and scaling successful advertising campaigns.
  • Comprehend the entire buyer's journey and proactively assess how growth marketing can support each stage through paid digital advertising channels.
  • Analyze, communicate, and present the results of paid search campaigns to cross-functional stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in B2B SaaS performance marketing, digital marketing, or growth marketing roles, with a preference for 5+ years of experience.
  • Strong business insight with a proven track record in implementing paid digital performance media channels, particularly SEM. Familiarity with additional channels such as paid social, programmatic display, and YouTube is advantageous.
  • Proficient in digital advertising channel data, metrics, measurement, and analytics, with a solid grasp of experimentation, A/B testing, and basic SQL.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results under tight deadlines.
  • Experience in building strong relationships and partnerships with Demand Generation, Marketing Operations, Go-To-Market Operations, Sales Development Representatives, and Sales teams.
  • Experience in product-led growth is a plus.
