What We Are Looking For

We seek a dynamic growth marketer with a focus on demand generation to enhance our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of B2B SaaS and the ability to drive pipeline in a product-led sales environment.

The successful candidate will have the capacity to identify and implement effective growth marketing strategies from industry leaders while thriving in our vibrant and fast-paced startup culture. Creativity, high-quality output, and meticulous attention to detail are essential traits for this role.

Your Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily creation and execution of email, social media, content, and web marketing initiatives while managing external vendors and agencies to supplement in-house capabilities.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales team to identify prospects and build targeted lists based on our Ideal Customer Profile, enabling Sales to leverage your marketing campaigns effectively.
  • Engage with the Product team to comprehend the self-service customer journey and refine digital and inbound marketing strategies.
  • Meticulously track campaign performance and provide insights on optimizing MQLs and SQLs.
  • Identify opportunities for participation in industry events and partnerships to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, preferably in marketing, economics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, with familiarity in target personas related to digital or product analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Heap strongly preferred.
  • Direct experience with our MarTech stack, which includes HubSpot, Salesloft, Zoominfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, WordPress, and Google Analytics.
  • Working knowledge of web analytics, SEO/SEM keyword management, and social listening tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain composure and organization during ambiguous and chaotic situations.
