Position Overview:
The Sales Manager role is pivotal in driving revenue with our key strategic retail partners, leveraging all available resources while nurturing long-term relationships with merchants and their diverse cross-functional teams.

Ideal Candidate:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Background in retail or merchandising.
  • Solid understanding of sales processes and objectives.
  • Proven customer service approach.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and presentation software.
  • Familiarity with Retail Link and Luminate is a plus.
  • Essential soft skills: organization, attention to detail, problem-solving, adaptability, and tech-savviness.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and report sales performance metrics to both internal and external stakeholders to enhance sales for physical and online businesses. Examine e-commerce sales data, website traffic, and customer engagement metrics to discern trends and insights.
  • Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to e-commerce sales, including conversion rates, average order value, and customer acquisition costs.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Inventory Management teams to predict sales and inventory requirements for both physical and online businesses. Identify underperforming areas and partner with the team to implement corrective actions.
  • Assist in formulating annual and quarterly sales strategies and budgets based on data-driven insights.
  • Facilitate daily communication with retailers and internal cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with Design and Merchandising on line development based on sales-driven insights and opportunities.
  • Oversee costing requests and maintain communication with customers.
  • Ensure detailed confirmation of customer orders (for both physical and online sales); manage all requests from internal and external teams.
  • Oversee all e-commerce operations for Kids and Men's categories, including item setup, maintenance, tracking logs, inventory adjustments, and demand forecasting.
  • Manage the e-commerce platform to ensure user-friendly navigation, product visibility, and a seamless checkout experience.
  • Evaluate website performance metrics and identify areas for enhancement. Conduct thorough analyses to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, product assortments, pricing strategies, and promotional efforts.
