Position Summary:

Furthermore, you will implement and refine tools and processes to streamline and assess the sales journey, ensuring our team is well-equipped to surpass expectations.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Craft and Implement Sales Strategies: Develop and execute sales plans aimed at increasing market share within the retail technology domain, aligning with organizational objectives.
  • Lead and Inspire Sales Team: Oversee, mentor, and energize a small, high-performing sales group, ensuring they achieve or exceed both individual and collective sales goals.
  • Foster Client Relationships: Build and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders in retail businesses, comprehending their technological requirements and providing customized solutions.
  • Establish Measurable Sales Processes: The ideal candidate will possess experience in formulating a sales process for a professional services organization, including tracking mechanisms and success indicators.
  • Discover New Business Avenues: Identify and pursue fresh business prospects in the retail technology landscape, developing sales strategies and expanding market reach by leveraging industry insights.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Partner closely with delivery, marketing, and product teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project outcomes.
  • Monitor Sales Performance: Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to executive leadership and adjusting strategies as necessary.
  • Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Remain informed about the latest advancements in retail technology, including e-commerce, point-of-sale systems, and digital transformation, to guide sales strategies and client discussions.
  • Represent the Company at Industry Events: Attend and represent Kitestring at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

This position is ideal for an experienced sales professional with a solid background in IT sales and a keen interest in retail technology. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in propelling the growth and success of our organization.
