Primary Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Formulate and implement comprehensive sales strategies aimed at increasing market share in the retail technology domain, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Oversee, coach, and inspire a small, results-driven sales team, guiding them to meet or surpass both individual and collective sales goals.
  • Client Relationship Management: Forge and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders in retail, understanding their technological requirements and delivering customized solutions.
  • Sales Process Optimization: The ideal candidate will possess experience in establishing a structured sales process for a professional services organization, including tracking mechanisms and success metrics.

  • Industry Trend Awareness: Stay informed about the latest advancements in retail technology, including e-commerce, point-of-sale systems, and digital transformation, to enhance sales strategies and client interactions.
  • Company Representation: Represent Kitestring at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to elevate brand presence and generate new leads.
