Lead Sales Executive for Midea Appliances

Position Overview:
The role entails direct management of sales activities related to specific product categories for Midea appliances within retail environments. The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual eager to promote Midea's offerings in the retail sector. This position is integral to Midea's growth strategy in the U.S. and reports directly to the Sales Director overseeing retail operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with key stakeholders in retail accounts.
- Coordinate the engagement of internal team members, including support and management resources, to achieve account performance goals and meet customer expectations.
- Achieve designated targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives within assigned accounts.
- Collaborate with retail partners and internal operations to provide accurate product forecasts.
- Continuously assess and validate customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
- Lead the development of solutions that effectively address customer requirements, involving all necessary company resources.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- A minimum of five years of strategic sales experience within the retail sector, preferably in home comfort or small appliances.
- Work Environment: Primarily office-based, with potential travel to warehouses and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Travel: May include domestic and international travel for company events.
- Skills in Customer Service, Closing Techniques, Negotiation, Self-Confidence, Presentation, Client Relationship Management, and Sales Motivation.
- At least seven years of experience in a sales role.
