As the Vice President of Resident Experience at Thrive Senior Living, you will enhance the quality of life for our residents. Your role will involve cultivating strong connections through effective communication and collaboration. Must hold a valid RN or LPN license.

- Foster relationships with team members through regular one-on-one interactions and presence.

- Maintain a clear perspective by observing interactions and experiences.
- Differentiate between emotional responses and factual events.
- Formulate thoughtful and compassionate responses to situations.
Innovative Health Solutions
- Strive to identify optimal health outcomes for residents.
- Implement creative strategies to enhance community life.
- Prioritize non-pharmaceutical approaches whenever feasible.
Responsibilities for Community Growth

Retention Strategies
- Ensure residents remain satisfied and do not leave due to negative experiences.
- Prioritize resident satisfaction as a core value.
- Equip the team to recognize early signs of dissatisfaction.
Regulatory Compliance
- Stay informed about state regulations, codes, and licensing agreements.
- Ensure the team understands and adheres to compliance standards throughout the year.
- Confirm that team members operate within their professional scope.
- Build relationships with regulatory bodies.
Commitment to Resident Safety
- Uphold residents' rights to make choices.
- Prioritize the quality of life for residents.
- Manage expectations effectively.
Financial Stewardship
Balance the delivery of exceptional experiences for both team members and residents while achieving financial objectives.

- Prepare for annual evaluations and surveys.

Qualifications and Skills

Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution; or five to seven years of relevant experience or training; or a combination of education and experience preferred. Must be a RN or LPN.
- Preferred 2-3 years of experience in an administrative capacity.
