  • Stay informed about state regulations, codes, and licensing agreements.
  • Ensure the team understands and adheres to compliance standards throughout the year.
  • Confirm that team members operate within their professional scope.

  • Uphold residents' rights to make choices.

Qualifications and Skills

Education and Experience Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution; or five to seven years of relevant experience or training; or a combination of education and experience preferred. Must be a RN or LPN.
  • Preferred 2-3 years of experience in an administrative capacity.
