Position Summary

As the Vice President of Resident Experience at Thrive Senior Living, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the overall human experience within our communities. Your focus will be on fostering strong relationships through effective communication and collaboration. Licensure Requirement: Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).

  • Formulate thoughtful, clear, and compassionate responses.

Innovative Health Solutions
  • Explore optimal solutions for enhancing health outcomes.
  • Implement creative strategies to enrich resident and community life.
  • Prioritize non-pharmaceutical approaches whenever feasible.

Retention Focus
  • Ensure residents remain satisfied and do not leave due to negative experiences.
  • Prioritize resident satisfaction in all initiatives.
  • Equip the team to identify early signs of dissatisfaction.

Regulatory Compliance Expert
  • Stay informed about all relevant state regulations, codes, and licensure agreements.
  • Interpret and ensure compliance with regulations throughout the year.
  • Guide team members to operate within their professional scope.
  • Build relationships with regulatory bodies.

Commitment to Resident Rights
  • Uphold residents' rights to make choices.
  • Prioritize the quality of life for all residents.
  • Manage expectations effectively.

Education and Experience Requirements
