- Foster relationships with team members through regular one-on-one interactions and presence.
- Engage with families through active participation and family meetings.
- Maintain a clear perspective by observing situations thoroughly.
- Distinguish between emotional responses and factual events.
- Formulate thoughtful, clear, and compassionate responses.
- Strive to identify optimal health outcomes for residents.
- Implement creative strategies to enhance resident and community life.
- Prioritize non-pharmaceutical approaches whenever feasible.
Create an exceptional experience that encourages guests to transition into residents.

- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution; or equivalent experience preferred. Must be a RN or LPN.
- 2-3 years of experience in an administrative role is preferred.
