About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Resource Management to join our team at IPG DXTRA. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving our business forward by effectively managing our resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Resource Management Processes
    • Design and implement efficient processes for gathering forward-looking data on resource requirements.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
  • Analyze and Interpret Data
    • Utilize data analytics skills to synthesize and apply learnings from backward-looking financial data.
    • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of resource utilization and capacity management.
  • Provide Strategic Insights and Recommendations
    • Offer high-level guidance on resource allocation and utilization.
    • Identify and flag discrepancies, and develop strategies to address them.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with talent, account teams, and project managers.
    • Act as a trusted advisor and problem solver, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Develop and Distribute Reports
    • Design and distribute regular resourcing data reports to inform business and staffing decisions.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 6-8 Years of Related Professional Experience
  • Proficient in MAC and PC, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office
  • Highly Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Agency, Production, or Equivalent Environment Experience
  • Solid Understanding of Agency Creative Process and Project Lifecycles
  • Ability to Manage Multiple Projects and Adapt to Shifting Priorities
  • Proven Upbeat, Enthusiastic, and Self-Starter Attitude

Salary Range

$80,000 - $110,000

Salary range will depend on factors such as actual ranges for current/former employees, market considerations, budgetary considerations, tenure, and qualifications.
