About the Role

We are seeking a highly accomplished and visionary leader to serve as our Executive Director. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving our organization's mission and vision forward, while fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals and objectives
  • Provide inspirational leadership and guidance to our team, promoting a culture of collaboration and excellence
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, donors, and community leaders
  • Oversee the development and implementation of programs and services that align with our mission and vision
  • Ensure effective management of resources, including budgeting, financial planning, and risk management
Requirements
  • Minimum 20 years of experience in senior leadership roles, with a proven track record of success in driving organizational growth and transformation
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective plans to achieve organizational goals
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to manage resources effectively and make informed decisions
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, donors, and community leaders
