Go Intellects Inc is seeking a seasoned professional to take on the role of Senior Project Management Leader. This position will oversee the Release Management and Continuous Improvement initiatives from a strategic leadership standpoint.

Detailed Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be part of the Health Care Finance division, focusing on the DC Access System (DCAS). This role demands an experienced individual who can manage various elements of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) within the Project Management Office (PMO).

The Continuous Improvement Leader will facilitate and oversee planning and execution of quality enhancement initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate strategic objectives and timelines. This includes:
  • Implementing goal alignment activities across cross-functional teams.
  • Managing a portfolio of projects aimed at minimizing waste and enhancing quality to deliver greater value.
  • Collaborating with department heads to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.

Additionally, this leader will conduct regular release meetings across multiple disciplines within DCAS to guarantee timely product delivery. Responsibilities also include:
  • Ensuring follow-up on improvement initiatives, including scheduling and facilitating ongoing status reviews.
  • Driving a culture of sustainable continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Delivering and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Waste Reduction, Efficiency Improvements, and Quality Pass Rate.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in SDLC completion, a strong grasp of project management methodologies, and experience in vendor management. Familiarity with organizational policies and procedures is essential.

This role will also involve:
  • Leading the management and reporting of complex initiatives through collaboration with program leaders.
  • Prioritizing work, setting deadlines, and allocating resources to ensure standardized processes throughout the SDLC.
  • Maintaining project governance and enhancing roles, responsibilities, and outcomes within the DCAS program.
  • Providing strategic alignment and success for the PMO by managing a diverse portfolio of work.
  • Ensuring effective communication and project tracking for stakeholder visibility.
  • Working closely with vendors and stakeholders to clarify expectations and reduce confusion.
  • Monitoring compliance with project management standards and best practices.
  • Leading transformation initiatives in project management and change management.
  • Acting as an escalation point for direct reports and senior management.
