Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced professional to become a part of our team as a **Senior Federal Human Resources Specialist**. This role demands a deep understanding of federal human resources practices, encompassing staff recruitment, job evaluation, merit-based promotions, and veteran's preference considerations.


The successful candidate will be tasked with crafting job announcements for federal positions, performing qualifications assessments, and working closely with federal management teams.


As a **Senior Federal Human Resources Specialist**, your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating comprehensive job analysis documentation.
  • Evaluating candidate qualifications effectively.
  • Implementing veterans' preference for qualified applicants.
A robust knowledge of Title 5 federal staffing regulations is essential, along with familiarity with federal hiring systems. Candidates with DEU Certification and a current MBI clearance will be given preference.
