Job Summary

Odle Management is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our personnel functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR files, including personnel, medical, training, and benefits records.
  • Recruitment Support: Assist with processing new hire paperwork, advertising job openings, and conducting benefits enrollment and orientation for new employees.
  • Training and Development: Maintain training logs and individual training records for all employees, and provide training to center management personnel as needed.
  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive and respectful work environment, and handle employee relations issues in a fair and professional manner.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, and identify and mitigate potential risks to the organization.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Two years of related experience in human resources or a related field preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
