About the Role

Axiologic Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Resource Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the allocation of resources, including manpower, equipment, facilities, and budgets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resource Management: Develop and implement resource management policies and procedures to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the development of financial agreements and ensure compliance with relevant governance and regulations.
  • Risk Management: Identify and manage risks associated with resource allocation to minimize potential losses.
  • Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Process Improvement: Conduct regular audits of resource utilization and make recommendations for improvement to optimize resource utilization and reduce waste.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent training required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of work experience with a minimum subset of 7 years providing specialized experience with information technology.
  • Certifications: Must have an active/current TS/SCI and must pass a CI Poly.
  • Skills: Familiar with Information Technology (IT) terminology (software and hardware), contract development, and contract management systems.
  • Software Proficiency: Working knowledge of MS Office products such as Word, Excel, Project, SharePoint, and Visio.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure.
Work Environment

This role operates in a professional office environment, requiring the ability to type, sit, or stand for hours at a time, and move between sitting, standing, and walking on a frequent basis.
