Job Overview

D.H. Pace Company, Inc. is expanding and is looking to hire a Full-time Customer Service Specialist to support our Local Market operations. We are interested in candidates who prioritize customer satisfaction and are available for flexible scheduling, including afternoon and weekend shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond efficiently and courteously to incoming customer inquiries through various communication channels, including phone and email.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Evaluate customer needs to determine the best course of action.
  • Generate and manage accurate service tickets for both residential and commercial clients.
  • Promote and provide accurate pricing for all products and services offered.
  • Facilitate sales of residential operators and coordinate with Dispatch teams to address customer requests effectively.
  • Achieve personal and team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Address customer complaints with appropriate solutions and follow up to confirm resolution.
  • Escalate issues to management when necessary and maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the ERP system.
  • Adhere to established communication protocols and guidelines.
  • Continuously seek ways to enhance the customer experience and improve operational processes.
  • Be available for overtime or additional hours as needed.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with prior experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM applications.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset, with adaptability to changing priorities.
