Key Responsibilities

  • Research, follow-up, and resolve client inquiries and issues through effective communication with clients, customers, and product specialists.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with staff in a timely manner.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities and escalate to our sales team and product partners to close or provide advice to clients.
  • Verify and maintain data quality to enhance customer retention and sales revenue.
Essential Skills
  • Clear and effective verbal communication skills.
  • 1+ years of prior experience in customer service, sales, or related fields interacting with the general public is an asset.
  • Experience working in a team environment, preferably in sports, campus, or business settings.
  • Strong relationship management skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business and technology environment, utilizing available tools and resources to service clients efficiently.
  • Business acumen in marketing and client relations is preferred.
  • Compliance with applicable regulations and standard operational procedures is essential.
  • Ensuring accurate execution of sales transactions and adherence to compliance guidelines is crucial.
