Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at the Olathe Community Center. This part-time role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, providing exceptional service to the public.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to the public, handling routine inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process transactions, manage lost and found items, and maintain accurate documentation and records.
  • Monitor customer access to facilities and programs, enforcing policies with respect and consistency.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • Two years of customer service and administrative experience, with excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong customer service, time management, and organization skills.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Proficiency in verbal and written English language is required, with additional proficiency in Spanish preferred.

Working Conditions

This role requires the ability to lift at least 20 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be a team player who is committed to providing exceptional service to our customers.
