The Automotive Service Specialist will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience at our service facilities. This position demands a blend of technical expertise and exceptional customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough pre-delivery inspections on new vehicles, adhering to established processes and guidelines.
- Document inspection outcomes (pass/fail) and relay results to team members and supervisors.
- Efficiently follow repair protocols while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
- Perform or assist with diagnostics, repairs, installations, and inspections on vehicles.
- Provide support for vehicle repairs in various settings outside of a service center.
- Execute road tests on vehicles to verify repair quality.
- Manage parts operations, including ordering, receiving, shipping, and inventory management.
- Stay current with technical skills and required training.
- Support campaigns and containment initiatives as needed.
- Maintain accurate expense reporting as required.
- Build peer relationships and work under the guidance of a senior technician.
- Uphold high-quality work standards and efficiency while working independently.
- Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
- Deliver service support to the field to enhance the Service organization.

Qualifications:
Level 1 Technician: Less than 2 years of experience in a related field (e.g., tire or motorcycle repair); no specific automotive training required.
Level 2 Technician: 2-4 years of experience in an automotive environment with exposure to various repairs; automotive training preferred.
Level 3 Technician: 5+ years of automotive experience, with EV experience preferred.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Graduation from an accredited automotive repair school preferred.
- One year of experience in an automotive repair shop preferred.
- Proficient in the use of hand and power tools.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.

Applicants must be available for a standard schedule of 40 hours per week, including weekends and holidays, as per business needs. Shifts may include evenings, overnight, or early morning hours.
