Position Purpose:

As a vital member of our Customer Service Team, the ideal candidate will possess a proven history of delivering exceptional customer service. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries through both phone and email, collaborating closely with our support teams and operational network to efficiently track, monitor, and resolve all customer inquiries promptly.

Key Job Activities:

  • Deliver a 'right first time' service level that meets customer needs and expectations.
  • Build and nurture relationships with customers, providing accurate and timely information to instill confidence in our ability to deliver outstanding service.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and revenue through cross-selling, referring to our sales teams when appropriate.
  • Take full ownership and accountability for customer inquiries.
  • Demonstrate the ability to understand, analyze, and interpret data.
  • Keep customers informed on all aspects of their inquiries.
  • Identify and escalate any process issues, offering suggestions for suitable resolutions.
  • Proactively escalate unresolved customer inquiries to management that may breach our agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with both internal and external customers.
  • Ensure that all customer data and information is handled with the utmost professionalism, safety, and confidentiality.
  • Document all customer interactions clearly and concisely in our systems, attaching relevant documentation as necessary.

Education:

Required Education: High School Diploma

Experience:

Prior experience in an inbound customer service role is essential.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Capable of multitasking effectively.

Strong communication skills with the ability to present information formally.

Embrace change positively within the service department.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
