Technical Support Engineer

Chelsea Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team in Fort Lauderdale, FL. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional Level 2 IT support to our clients, both remotely and on-site.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for complex IT issues
- Act as a single point of contact for clients for all service requests
- Diagnose and correct hardware and software configuration problems
- Work flexible hours and be able to commute to client sites
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Escalate service requests that cannot be scheduled within agreed service levels
- At least 2-3 years of professional IT service desk and/or on-site support experience with a minimum of Level 2 proficiency
- Past Managed Service Provider (MSP) experience preferred
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- Critical thinking and excellent verbal and written communication
- Proficiency with Windows Operating Systems, Windows Server environments, Active Directory, Group Policy, Office 365, Azure Platform, Azure Virtual Desktop, and Azure Active Directory
- Proficiency with LAN/WAN/Wireless, Switches, Routers, Access Points, and Firewalls
- Remote desktop services, network printers and scanners, cable management, backup solutions, and technical documentation
- Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent work experience
- Microsoft Certifications and/or any other IT-related certifications are a plus
