Position Summary
As a Customer Service Engineer, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional on-site support for our diagnostic imaging systems. Your role encompasses troubleshooting, maintaining, and upgrading medical imaging equipment while collaborating closely with our Customer Care Center. You will be pivotal in the introduction of new imaging systems in the market, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and contributing to our reputation for service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding on-site service support that exceeds customer expectations and sets industry standards.
- Collaborate with the Customer Care Center to effectively manage troubleshooting, maintenance, and updates on assigned products.
- Adopt new technologies while leveraging your strengths in customer service and technical support.
- Play a significant role in the launch of innovative medical imaging systems in the market.
- Continuously enhance your skills in providing technical assistance and support to our clients.
- Efficiently escalate issues to ensure prompt resolution and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
- Oversee the installation of diagnostic imaging equipment in your designated region.
- Participate in service training programs both domestically and internationally as required, working towards the completion of the UIH Professional Certificate.
Qualifications
This position requires the selected candidate to reside in or near the designated posting location.
Education
- Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent experience is preferred.
Experience
- Familiarity with the principles and configurations of diagnostic imaging equipment (MR, CT, PET, DR, etc.) is strongly preferred.
- Previous field service experience managing a geographic territory with demonstrated troubleshooting skills in hardware, mechanical, and software systems is ideal.
- Proficiency in IT skills, including Windows, Microsoft Office, and network communication.
Essential Skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with customers.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment focused on customer success.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and gain respect from clients and colleagues.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
- Willingness to travel extensively (at least 75%) for customer support and training purposes.
