Bilingual Human Resources Coordinator

PrideStaff is collaborating with a client to find a Bilingual Human Resources Coordinator proficient in both English and Spanish. Due to ongoing growth, there is an urgent requirement for this role. Experience in HR support is essential.
The ideal candidate will manage HR functions across various locations in Florida, providing support to over 150 employees in both office and manufacturing settings.
Key Responsibilities:- Offer administrative and clerical assistance to HR management as required.
- Facilitate recruitment activities, which include advertising job vacancies, evaluating candidates, conducting interviews, and maintaining applicant tracking systems.
- Oversee new employee orientations, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Support benefits administration and employee relations initiatives.
- Keep HR records updated to ensure adherence to applicable regulations.
- Preferred 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Some college education combined with 2-3 years of practical experience.
- SHRM certification is advantageous.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems (specific training will be provided).
- Understanding of employment law and labor relations.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English, with the capability to read, write, and converse fluently in both languages.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information appropriately.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Capacity to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment and perform well under pressure.
- Willingness to travel as necessary.
