Financial and Human Resources Coordinator

Key Responsibilities- Accounts Payable: Manage data entry, payment processing, and vendor documentation.
- Accounts Receivable: Engage with customers to enhance cash flow and minimize outstanding invoices.
- Financial Transactions: Generate invoices and manage bank deposits.
- Payroll Management: Track and report payroll hours and commission payments.
- Job Costing: Monitor and report project costs to ensure profit targets are met.
- Data Tracking: Assist in the collection of company metrics and sales conversion data.
- Office Support: Provide assistance to the office team as required.
- At least 1 year of experience with QuickBooks Online.
- Minimum of 1 year in Accounts Receivable.
- Strong computer proficiency is essential.
- Self-motivated with excellent analytical and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and record-keeping abilities.
- Capability to identify discrepancies and take corrective actions.
Office hours are Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM. We offer a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.
