Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Payable: Manage data entry, process payments, and maintain vendor documentation.
  • Accounts Receivable: Engage with customers to enhance cash flow and minimize outstanding invoices.
  • Financial Transactions: Generate invoices and execute bank deposits.
  • Payroll Management: Oversee and administer payroll, commissions, and employee benefits.
  • Job Costing: Monitor and report project-related expenses to ensure profit objectives are met.
  • Data Analysis: Conduct data collection and provide reports on company metrics and sales conversion rates.
  • Training Development: Create, coordinate, and implement training programs across all departments.
  • Team Support: Assist the office team as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience with QuickBooks Online.
  • A minimum of 2 years in Accounts Receivable.
  • Proficient computer skills are essential.
  • Self-motivated with strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and record-keeping abilities.
  • Capability to identify discrepancies and take necessary corrective actions.

Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. The company offers a competitive salary along with a comprehensive benefits package.
