Job Overview

We are seeking a Bilingual Administrative/Accounting Support Specialist to join our team. This role requires proficiency in both Spanish and English, providing essential support in an office environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct reconciliations and manage invoice processing.
  • Oversee petty cash transactions.
  • Coordinate scheduling for calls and meetings.
  • Assist in organizing travel arrangements and itineraries.
  • Prepare various documents including proposals and cover letters.
  • Maintain and update procedure manuals.
  • Handle incoming phone inquiries.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Fluency in both Spanish and English.
  • Previous experience in an administrative support role.
  • Strong computer proficiency.
  • Accounting experience is a plus.

This position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $18.00 to $22.00. We provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, and a 401K plan, among others.
