Job Summary

INVERSIONES J.A.M. 320 CORP. is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented HR Administrative Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our operations/administrative team, you will be responsible for overseeing work hours/timesheets, handling invoicing, coordinating with contractors, aiding in training, supporting employee relations concerning benefits/policies, and collaborating closely with Management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support for overall office operations and staff, including greeting and attending to all visitors or scheduled appointments, handling all calls and email communications for staff and clients with urgency, and managing timesheet app/system spreadsheets weekly.
  • Payroll and Compliance: Liaison between ADP for payroll purposes and send reports for them to generate payroll weekly, maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and ensure accurate and timely payment of employees.
  • Employee Engagement and Training: Performance Management for employee engagement and training development, including identifying and prioritizing relevant tasks, and collaborating with Management to develop and implement processes required to attract and place employees.
  • Communication and Coordination: Work closely across all departments, gather information, and provide progress updates to Management, coordinate job posting, and provide advice to supervisors and employees regarding work issues, operational strategies, and human resource procedures.
  • Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including employee information, timesheets, and payroll data, and provide regular reports to Management as required.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years post-qualification experience working in an HR or related function (e.g., administrative, payroll).
  • Skills: Advanced level skills in Excel, ability to work independently and use own initiative, strong detail orientation and focus on accuracy, and ability to interact proactively with Management and staff across all levels of the organization.
