As an integral part of our SERVPRO of South Palm Beach team, the Accounting & HR Administrator will have a meaningful impact on our operations. We are dedicated to providing exceptional service in the restoration industry, ensuring that our clients experience a seamless recovery process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Payable: Manage data entry, process payments, and oversee vendor documentation.
  • Accounts Receivable: Engage with clients to improve cash flow and minimize outstanding invoices.
  • Financial Transactions: Generate invoices and progress billing, and handle bank deposits.
  • Payroll Management: Monitor and report payroll hours along with commission payments.
  • Job Costing: Track and report project-related expenses to ensure profit objectives are met.
  • Data Tracking: Assist in gathering company metrics and sales conversion data, supporting the office team as necessary.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience with QuickBooks Online.
  • Minimum of 1 year in Accounts Receivable.
  • Proficient computer skills are essential.
  • Self-motivated with strong analytical and communication abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Adept at identifying discrepancies and resolving issues effectively.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. We offer a competitive salary along with a comprehensive benefits package.
