    • Conduct phone and office interviews to assess candidate qualifications
  • Employee Relations and Engagement:
    • Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to improve morale and productivity
    • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management
  • Benefits Administration:
    • Administer benefits programs, including health, dental, and vision insurance
    • Manage leave administration, including FMLA
  • Payroll Management:
    • Manage payroll processing, including time and attendance entry
    • Conduct payroll register audits and reviews
    • Ensure compliance with federal and state laws and regulations governing payroll
  • Compliance and Risk Management:
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
    • Manage risk management initiatives to minimize liability and ensure a safe work environment

Requirements:

  • 2 years of HR management experience, including recruitment and payroll experience
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations
  • Experience in healthcare or long-term care preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

Salary Range: $65,000 - $70,000 depending on experience
