Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in a full-time capacity. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and students, as well as assisting with front desk tasks, phone calls, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to staff and students, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling front desk tasks.
  • Assist with customer service, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Support teachers and children in the classrooms, as needed.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and files.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • Proven experience working with children in various capacities.
  • Prior customer service or administrative background.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Comfort with technology and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Flexibility to assist in different areas as needed.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with staff and students.
