About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Solar Branch Coordinator to join our team at Freedom Forever. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of solar projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pipeline Management: Monitor and analyze project pipelines to identify potential bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with branch teams to ensure timely completion of projects and high-quality customer service.
  • Documentation and Administration: Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and records.
  • Communication and Problem-Solving: Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and customers to resolve project issues and escalate as needed.
  • Office Operations: Assist with office administration, including filing, organization, and maintenance of branch operations.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Graduate or GED
  • Experience: 2-4+ years of previous project administration or field construction experience
  • Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent organizational and time management skills, detail-oriented, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
