Senior Kitchen Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at Boqueria Restaurants. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for consistently executing the culinary direction of our Executive Chef and creating a positive work culture by personally exemplifying our core values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a high-functioning BOH team to ensure seamless kitchen operations
- Manage food and labor costs to maximize profitability
- Ensure compliance with DOH standards and regulations
- Develop and execute menus to the highest standards
- Oversee kitchen infrastructure maintenance and preparedness for inspections
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a high-volume restaurant environment
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage food and labor costs
- Knowledge of food handling practices and safety protocols
- Basic computer skills and written communication
