A TYPICAL WEEK AT VUI'S

Your week begins with a review of performance metrics, collaborating with your General Manager to optimize scheduling and team coaching. Mornings are dedicated to preparing the store for service and ensuring food safety standards are met. You will lead pre-shift meetings to share updates and foster team spirit.

Throughout the day, you will balance operational tasks with hands-on support, including interviewing potential hires and mentoring staff. As the day concludes, you will prepare for the next day by managing inventory and payroll, ensuring a seamless transition for your team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Complete the Certified Management Training program.
  • Act as a Vui's Ambassador, promoting our service and culture.
  • Perform various store roles as needed to support the team.
  • Educate guests about our menu and maintain high hygiene standards.
  • Supervise and mentor staff, fostering their development and motivation.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Manage inventory and staff schedules based on sales forecasts.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced setting.

  • Food Manager Certification is required.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

WORKING CONDITIONS

This role requires physical stamina, including the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and maintain a flexible schedule of 40-50 hours per week, which may include early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
