Position Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Manager to be a key player in our Global Partnerships & Channel (GPC) division, focusing on go-to-market (GTM) strategy and strategic planning to enhance initiatives with our strategic partners.

Key Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess a background in supporting Sales and Channel operations, demonstrate proficiency in managing extensive data sets, exhibit meticulous attention to detail, and possess the ability to synthesize findings effectively. Excellent communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:

  • Lead the development of long-term strategic planning and the annual operating plan for partner and channel sales in collaboration with global sales planning.
  • Oversee the weekly forecasting for Resell and Service Provider channel sales.
  • Design and implement processes for managing and administering Anaplan, including the roadmap for scalable planning tools.
  • Drive improvements in GTM planning and operational processes.
  • Collaborate with GTM business unit leadership to formulate partner program spending strategies and track return on investment (ROI).
  • Contribute to the creation and definition of business rules and reporting for key performance metrics to enhance sales productivity.
  • Analyze performance and productivity data, preparing presentations for quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and other sales leadership meetings.
  • Extract and analyze data sets, building models to support pipeline, coverage, renewals, and other initiatives.
  • Gather and define requirements for Business Intelligence projects.
  • Support the deployment of sales productivity, planning, and reporting tools.
  • Maintain databases and generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly metrics reports.
  • Address inquiries related to attainment, commissions, or quota settings from representatives.
  • Handle additional responsibilities as needed to support sales finance and partner operations.
