As a Strategic Partnership Development Specialist at Adtalem Global Education, you will play a vital part in driving the company's strategy to become the leading provider of professional talent to healthcare and other organizations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster strong relationships with key decision-makers at collaborating organizations, establishing trust and credibility.
  • Develop and expand high-impact partnerships with organizations, implementing programs and strategies on local, regional, and national levels.
  • Collaborate with leadership, engage with employees, and key stakeholders at partner organizations to promote programs and act as an expert ambassador for Adtalem Global Education.
  • Represent the institution at various engagements, including career fairs, orientations, graduations, and other meetings.
  • Coordinate local activities with regional and national account executives in alignment with overall plans.
  • Propose and negotiate new and revised contracts with external organizational partners, nurturing these partnerships and collaborations.
  • Attend events such as career fairs and trade shows in the healthcare industry and other segments to market programs and develop inquiries.
  • Manage informational and promotional outreach campaigns in close coordination with marketing and enablement.
  • Develop account and territory plans, and activity reports utilizing Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with internal functions to provide partner, employee, and industry insights.
  • Recommend changes in procedures to improve the effectiveness of the team/function.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Comply with all policies and standards.
