About the Role: As a Senior Global Specialist within the Worldwide Specialist Organization (WWSO), you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing go-to-market strategies that transform innovative ideas into substantial revenue streams. Your focus will be on collaborating with strategic partners to enhance customer engagement and expand market reach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize your deep knowledge of AI/ML and GenAI to craft effective sales strategies and field enablement initiatives.
- Support field teams in developing tailored solutions for high-priority clients.
- Provide valuable market insights to product teams to inform AWS's innovation roadmap.
- Oversee reporting and planning processes to communicate GTM plan progress to AWS leadership.
- Exhibit thought leadership by representing AWS at industry events and conferences.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 7+ years of relevant experience in go-to-market strategies, sales, or consulting.
- 5+ years of experience in GenAI and/or AI/ML.
Preferred Skills:
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of establishing credibility as a technology advisor to executive-level clients.
- Experience negotiating complex agreements with customers and partners.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies, including public and hybrid cloud platforms.
- Technical background in engineering, computer science, or management information systems is advantageous.

Compensation: Our compensation reflects the labor market across various U.S. regions. The base salary for this position ranges from $133,200 to $220,200, depending on geographic location and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
