Position Overview

As a Strategic Partnerships Manager at Hireio, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in fostering and enhancing collaborations with digital payment solutions and financial institutions. Your expertise will be crucial in driving growth and innovation within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partnership Development: Forge and nurture alliances with digital payment platforms and facilitators, ensuring robust relationships that contribute to our strategic objectives.
  • Lead Partnership Initiatives: Spearhead the development and management of strategic partnerships, focusing on digital payment solutions.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Identify, negotiate, and finalize new strategic partnerships that align with our business goals.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong connections with key partners to uncover and capitalize on growth opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Provide valuable insights to influence product development and partnership strategies, working closely with various internal teams.
  • Banking Collaborations: Strengthen partnerships with both local and international banks to enhance service offerings, focusing on fund settlement, foreign exchange, liquidity management, and cross-border solutions.
  • Regulatory Engagement: Foster relationships with local regulatory bodies to promote inclusive financing initiatives.
  • Project Coordination: Oversee the collaboration with financial institutions on various projects to ensure alignment and success.
Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 3 years in financial institutions or digital payment sectors. Experience in payment processing companies, e-commerce, card networks, or banking is highly desirable.
  • Comprehensive understanding of local payment regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Proven ability to thrive in high-pressure environments and adapt to evolving circumstances.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the United States and occasionally internationally.
Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive base salary range of $109,200 - $255,600 annually, along with performance-based bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your professional and personal well-being.
