Job Overview

As a Strategic Partnerships Manager, you will be instrumental in supporting CJ's clients.

Your role will involve acting as an integral part of a client's team by nurturing all publisher connections and designing recruitment and optimization initiatives.

You will assist in formulating an affiliate marketing plan tailored for each client and ensure the effective implementation of that plan, which includes overseeing Client Partnerships Associates in their operational execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare strategic and revenue-generating proposals to present directly to clients.
  • Discover new revenue opportunities:

    Cultivate and manage premier publisher relationships, negotiate media placements and packages, assess performance, and provide recommendations for future investments.

  • Recruit, oversee, and enhance premier publisher relationships on behalf of clients, communicating expectations, sharing best practices, disseminating offers and promotions, and providing account updates to a client's expanding publisher network.
  • Assist clients in optimizing the effectiveness and efficiency of their affiliate expenditure by analyzing and interpreting program performance data.
  • As a growth opportunity, there is potential to lead the overall strategy and execution of a client's affiliate program.
  • Collaborate with cross-departmental teams within the Client Development team to identify and resolve complex program management and technical challenges.
  • Align with the Client Development team to ensure precise execution and timely delivery of internal and client commitments.
Mentorship:

Guide and support Client Partnerships Associates by providing coaching, insights, and best practices to facilitate their success at CJ.
