About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Sales and Service Manager to join our team at The Crescent Hotels Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue from group bookings and catering opportunities.
  2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our services.
  3. Account Management: Manage key accounts, including volume, trends, and rates at other hotels, to ensure optimal sales performance.
  4. Sales Process and Procedures: Implement and maintain effective sales processes and procedures to ensure seamless execution of sales calls and client interactions.
  5. Client Communication: Develop and maintain detailed notes on all correspondence with clients, ensuring accurate and timely communication.
  6. Group Sales and Catering: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, with a focus on catering and small group sales.
  7. Logistical Support: Assist with follow-up on rooming lists, direct bill, and other logistical requirements for previously booked business.
  8. Event Execution: Coordinate catering, conference service activities, and client specifications to deliver smooth execution of meetings and events.
  9. Team Collaboration: Work closely with departments to ensure seamless execution of groups through BEOs and Group Resumes.
  10. Flexibility: Demonstrate flexibility to assist with meetings and banquet functions as needed.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent verbal, comprehension, listening, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Time Management and Organization: Demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Direct Sales and Guest Service Skills: Possess direct sales and guest service skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.
  • Previous Experience: One year of previous experience in sales and customer service, preferably in the hospitality industry.
