Job SummaryThe **Sales Professional** will be responsible for successfully closing new business through relationship-based selling, mastering the ability to evangelize the Athelas story, and achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a sales role, excellent written and oral communication skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with prospects of all levels.

- Successfully manage and overcome prospect objections

- Demonstrated leadership ability
- Tenacious hunger to win business and close deals
- Demonstrated experience and success in a sales role (preferably software sales)
- Experience with quota and commission compensation structure
- Ability to effectively communicate with prospects of all levels (including c-level executives)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
