Job Summary

The **Sales Professional** will be responsible for successfully closing new business through relationship-based selling, mastering the ability to evangelize the Athelas story, and achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a sales role, excellent written and oral communication skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with prospects of all levels.

Requirements
  • At least one year of experience closing new deals
  • Demonstrated leadership ability
  • Tenacious hunger to win business and close deals
  • Demonstrated experience and success in a sales role (preferably software sales)
  • Experience with quota and commission compensation structure
  • Ability to effectively communicate with prospects of all levels (including c-level executives)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Highly organized and strong time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Self-driven, motivated, and results-oriented
