About the Role:

As an SMB Account Executive at Sybill, you will drive customer acquisition in our small business segment. You'll join a high-performing team of professionals who are passionate about AI-first B2B software. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing prospects from lead to close
  • Proactively identifying and engaging new prospects through targeted outreach and relationship-building
  • Clearly articulating and demonstrating the Sybill value proposition
  • Consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly sales targets with accurate monthly forecasting
  • Negotiating contract terms and finalizing agreements, overseeing the sales process from initial contact to signing
  • Collaborating across teams, including Engineering, Product, and Marketing

Requirements:

  • Experience: Bring 3+ years of relevant closing experience, preferably within a SaaS environment. Experience in a Product-Led Growth company is a plus.
  • Quota Crusher: Demonstrate a proven ability to effectively identify, engage, and convert leads into profitable business, along with a consistent record of exceeding sales goals.
  • Communication: Possess exceptional presentation and communication skills, particularly when engaging with executives and leaders.
  • Discovery: Be able to proactively identify pain points in the product with our customers.
  • Adaptability: Have a humble attitude, an eagerness to help others, and a desire to pick up whatever knowledge you're missing to make both your team and our customers succeed.
  • High Energy and Startup Attitude: Operate with high horsepower, have strong problem-solving skills, be adept at frequent context switching, effectively manage working on multiple projects at once with expansive ownership, and ruthlessly prioritize.
