Key Responsibilities
  • Effectively secure new business through relationship-driven sales techniques.
  • Articulate and promote the Athelas narrative with confidence.
  • Meet and surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Align Athelas offerings with the specific needs and objectives of clients.
  • Skillfully manage and address client objections.
  • Collaborate with the account management team to drive business growth.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and technological advancements to serve as a reliable resource for clients.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of one year of experience in closing new business deals.
  • Proven leadership capabilities.
  • A strong desire to achieve sales success.
  • Experience in a sales role, particularly in software sales, is preferred.
  • Familiarity with commission and quota structures.
  • Ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong time management abilities.
  • Capacity to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Demonstrated skills in prospecting and managing the sales cycle.
  • Track record of successfully entering new markets and securing business.
