Role Overview:
As an SMB Account Executive at Sybill, your main objective is to drive customer acquisition within our SMB segment. You will be an essential addition to a select group of high-performing individuals for a pioneering AI-oriented B2B software company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle prospects from initial contact to deal closure
- Proactively discover and engage potential leads through targeted email campaigns, Linkedin, and cold calling
- Effectively communicate and illustrate the value proposition of Sybill
- Achieve or surpass quarterly sales objectives with precise monthly projections
- Negotiate contract terms, close deals, and oversee the sales cycle from inception to finalization
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and Marketing teams
- Experience: Bring in over 3 years of relevant sales closure experience, preferably in a SaaS environment. Exposure to a Product-Led Growth company is advantageous
- Goal Achiever: Demonstrated capability in identifying, engaging, and converting leads into profitable ventures, with a consistent track record of surpassing sales targets
- Communication Skills: Possess outstanding presentation and communication abilities, particularly when interacting with executives and leaders
- Problem Identification: Proactively pinpoint pain points in the product that resonate with our customers
- Adaptability: Exhibit a humble demeanor, willingness to assist others, and eagerness to absorb new information to drive success for both your team and our clients
- Dynamism and Startup Mindset: Operate with vigor, possess strong problem-solving skills, adept at handling various tasks simultaneously, manage multiple projects with a sense of ownership, and prioritize tasks effectively
