Role Overview:

As an SMB Account Executive at Sybill, your main objective is to drive customer acquisition within our SMB segment. You will be an essential addition to a select group of high-performing individuals for a pioneering AI-oriented B2B software company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle prospects from initial contact to deal closure
  • Proactively discover and engage potential leads through targeted email campaigns, Linkedin, and cold calling
  • Effectively communicate and illustrate the value proposition of Sybill
  • Achieve or surpass quarterly sales objectives with precise monthly projections
  • Negotiate contract terms, close deals, and oversee the sales cycle from inception to finalization
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and Marketing teams
Requirements:
  • Experience: Bring in over 3 years of relevant sales closure experience, preferably in a SaaS environment. Exposure to a Product-Led Growth company is advantageous
  • Goal Achiever: Demonstrated capability in identifying, engaging, and converting leads into profitable ventures, with a consistent track record of surpassing sales targets
  • Communication Skills: Possess outstanding presentation and communication abilities, particularly when interacting with executives and leaders
  • Problem Identification: Proactively pinpoint pain points in the product that resonate with our customers
  • Adaptability: Exhibit a humble demeanor, willingness to assist others, and eagerness to absorb new information to drive success for both your team and our clients
  • Dynamism and Startup Mindset: Operate with vigor, possess strong problem-solving skills, adept at handling various tasks simultaneously, manage multiple projects with a sense of ownership, and prioritize tasks effectively
