Market Insight:
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of national market trends, client needs, and technological advancements in the marine industry. Stay informed about competitive intelligence related to marine propulsion technologies and vessel designs.

Performance Metrics:
Accountable for achieving order intake targets set by leadership.

Collaboration:

Qualifications:
- Passion for naval propulsion systems.
- Self-motivated with excellent communication skills across all organizational levels.
- Proven track record in business development within the naval or maritime sector, with 10-15 years of experience.
- Established relationships within the defense industry and with acquisition personnel in the US Navy and/or US Coast Guard are essential.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a technical field is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is necessary.
