Role Overview
We are seeking a visionary Vice President of Campaign Strategy to lead our innovative Campaign Operations team. This role is ideal for those who thrive in dynamic environments and have a passion for transforming ideas into impactful campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
1. **Team Leadership**
- Direct and enhance the Campaign Operations team responsible for executing diverse campaigns for a wide range of brands.
- Oversee the Account Management team to ensure strategic growth and maintain the quality of key client relationships.
- Cultivate a collaborative team culture that prioritizes performance and professional development.

2. **Client Engagement**
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of our clients' businesses and target demographics, collaborating closely with partner teams to design and implement integrated multi-platform campaigns that yield significant results.
- Ensure high-quality campaign performance and continuous improvement, adhering to deadlines and budget constraints throughout the program lifecycle.

3. **Operational Excellence**
- Develop and refine best-in-class tools and processes for creator identification, contract negotiation, compliance, content strategy, measurement, and ROI analysis.
- Provide strategic counsel to clients on influencer and creator content strategies, utilizing data to uncover new opportunities.

4. **Cross-Functional Collaboration**
- Maintain strong communication with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Creator Growth teams to ensure an exceptional experience for both brands and creators.
- Contribute to company strategy discussions regarding the future of social commerce and digital media.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the creator economy from various perspectives (brand, platform, agency).
- At least 7 years in a leadership role with a proven track record of developing high-performing teams.
- Direct experience managing campaign performance and working closely with creators.
- Strong operational focus with a customer-oriented mindset.

- Competitive salary range ($170K-$210K) plus bonus and equity.
