Position Overview: We are in search of a seasoned professional to fill the role of Vice President of Entertainment and Talent Acquisition. This key position will be instrumental in shaping and executing talent strategies for entertainment-focused initiatives and campaigns across a diverse range of sectors, including Food & CPG, Wine & Spirits, Health & Wellness, Beauty, Personal Care & Fashion, Home & Lifestyle, Technology & E-Commerce, among others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Strategy Development: Formulate and implement effective talent procurement strategies for our clients' entertainment and sports-related projects.
  • Collaboration: Engage with both internal teams and clients to discuss talent campaign requirements and devise actionable strategies, ensuring seamless collaboration with partner agencies.
  • Talent Management: Oversee talent casting processes, including research, vetting, and the creation of client-facing documents.
  • Negotiation: Manage outreach and negotiations with talent representatives, including drafting Statements of Work and formal offers, while ensuring compliance with legal standards.
  • Point of Contact: Act as the primary liaison for talent and their representatives, coordinating communication and scheduling throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Logistics Coordination: Supervise all logistical aspects related to talent services, including travel arrangements and compliance with industry regulations.

Celebrity Engagement: Oversee the management of celebrity seeding and gifting initiatives, advising internal teams on best practices and ensuring successful execution of gifting programs.

Qualifications:

  • 8-10 years of experience in talent acquisition, entertainment partnerships, and client relations.
  • Experience in public relations, marketing, or advertising agencies, as well as talent agencies.
  • Deep understanding of the entertainment landscape, including familiarity with celebrities, athletes, and cultural events.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Educational background in Public Relations, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
